It hasn't collapsed yet. I watched a youtube video on how to replace the screen. Best money spent. Very easy to install if you remove the old one properly. Make sure it's the exact part you need. I suggest you buy heavy duty thin strips of double sided tape. Make sure the old tape is completely removed. I am so happy with this product. It contained the tools I needed to fix my son's tablet. And think of a grounded bracelet.
