update! Also read below. DO NOT BUY. FLOOD HAZARD. The second hose they sent burst AGAIN, this time causing significant water damage. (They continue to send out harassing emails and text messages.) However, it took them over a month to get here and in the meantime they were dealing with the aftermath of flooding from a previous hose rupture. Even though they told me they fixed the problem with a different type of hose, there's still a chance some of you ordered it with an old hose. So I still want to warn you that this is still a potential FLOOD HAZARD. The hose broke less than a few months after use. Luckily someone was home to shut off the water but it was still several hours of flooding and lots of swollen wood/door/flooring that took a couple of months to get back to almost normal.
