Melt in the dishwasher
See attached image. The instructions say it can be washed in the dishwasher and microwave. However, it does melt after I put it on the top shelf in the dishwasher. When I tried to contact customer service online, the rep just kept accusing me of abuse (I didn't do it as instructed) and ENDED my chat while I STILL STARTED PRINTING! The problem wasn't resolved until I called Revain. Revain's online customer service is getting worse and worse. The tour guide is very unfriendly and rude. I can only advise you to call there.
