Carry straps in portable size. As you can see in the photo, each color of teethers has different ridges and sensitivity to your baby's gums. While I love that they're easy for babies to take and colorful, they just don't stay cold. They stay in the fridge for several days and warm up again after 2 minutes. And it's generous. Bad reviews and photos of melted keyrings oozing slime are posted by people who state directly in their reviews that they have abused the product, either (a) freezing it or (b) heating it by boiling or bottle sanitizer. I bought 2 of these for 2 children at my home daycare who are teething. When they chew them, I wash them off and put them in a ziplock bag in the fridge to keep them warm. The instructions say not to put them in the freezer. Kids seem to love them, and when they're not chewing or sucking on them, they smack them on the surface to enjoy the sound they make!
