Bad ratings due to customer abuse

According to the manufacturer this is a good safe teether if placed in the fridge and washed with soap and water. Bad reviews and photos of melted keyrings oozing slime are posted by people who state directly in their reviews that they have abused the product, either (a) freezing it or (b) heating it by boiling or bottle sanitizer. The instructions on the packaging clearly state that none of these are acceptable. And for heaven's sake, don't use chlorox or other household cleaners for this, as some reviewers suggest.
