Difficult to install; you have to press very hard on the awkward button and it took me two hands, which also made it difficult to hold the vent. Once in place, it's fine. Stay on the vent. Once the phone is added, the mount will be pushed down, which will move the vent, so you may need to adjust any angle. It also means the phone will move a bit when you hit a bump or turn a corner. I don't see that as a problem since it's a fraction of an inch. My phone has never fallen out of the holder and it attaches to the holder fairly easily with one hand. It takes two fingers to take off; You press the buttons on either side of the cradle to release it, and the phone falls into your hand. These are the best features of this mount. I've tried at least 5 other car mounts/mounts for my phone so I didn't have to use it while driving. My car seems to be struggling to fit the mount (low windows, no smooth or flat parts for the dash or similar, and oddly shaped cup holders - nothing worked!). This bracket was the last try. If it was easier to install (I had to redo mine a few times) and positioned better (no movement) I would give it 5 stars. However, it works and I would recommend it, especially if nothing works for you.
