I work from home I needed a headset that would shield everything that's going on in my house. What I liked about it is that it's noise-canceling not only for the audio but also for the mic. They say it may not be properly connected to your computer, but it works, and it is connected to both my phone and my computer. I have a problem: when I'm talking on the computer and my phone receives a call, it plays the phone's audio. After canceling the call, you can hear the audio on the computer. I didn't have any connection issues, just read the manual but I found the manual a little confusing on how to replace the headset earpiece. This is a large device and wearing it in your ear with an earhook is not practical. It hangs halfway in and out of your ear and looks like it's about to fall out. As I used it through Revain not all accessories were included. Mine only came with a headband which works great but being bald it leaves a dent in my head so I will be buying the back of the neck brace. Here are some tips. If you want to connect to a computer, there's a Bluetooth setting that prevents Windows from putting the headset to sleep. If you don't do this and the computer detects that the headset is not in use, it turns off the headset and puts it to sleep. If you want to charge it, the headset will be disconnected from all devices after connecting (this device can be connected to 9 different devices at the same time). You can plug it in and use it at the same time, but the cable is not that long. Overall it's a good headset (a little big but good), people say it sounds clear, like I'm in a studio with no hiss or background noise. The battery life is very good, sometimes I was connected all day and never had any problems and at the end of the day I plugged it in. I've been using it for about a month and I'm very happy I made the purchase. .
