Removed fan noise on my Lenovo Tiny

This is the second heatsink I have purchased for my Lenovo P320 Tiny. I installed the heatsink with CPU glue and then attached the heatsink at the corners with capillary superglue. According to this and another heatsink I installed on the tiny P320, the fan only kicks on when the tiny one is running at full power, and then only at the lowest speed. Featured!
