Amazing value, but hard to apply "correctly "

I noticed that my rolling chair was scratching the hardwood floors, so I was looking for a medium, either a rug or plastic liner. This seemed like the best option since it was $25 and would be comfy when I'm standing with my desk. The application was relatively annoying, where it took a while to apply the rug so that there weren't massive trapped air bubbles and that it was aligned properly to my desk and floor (similar to applying an iphone screen protector). After a few weeks of using this, I noticed that this gets dusty and trapped with lint easily - hence taking one star off.
