I really liked the look and was so excited to connect it. I spent an hour with a magnifying glass removing links to measure - it wasn't really hard at all once you read the instructions and watched youtube. But heck, I'm not going to try to connect to my Fitbit Inspire 2 and there are no pins to connect to Fitbit. Was it a broken strap or was it meant to be used in some other way with a real watch or something? They provide a lot of guides on how to remove and reattach links, it wasn't hard at all. But there's not a single word on how to connect the strap to the Fitbit. So I spent a lot of time desperately trying to figure out what was going on. Finally, I look at the pictures on the Revain site and they show that each side of the strap should have one of those spring pins, but I don't have them. I wrote to their customer service and they offered to mail me the pins but I had already packed them for return and ordered elsewhere. Like I said, the band itself looks good, but I'm just too upset. Judging by other reviews, they have a bracelet with contacts to connect to Fitbit.
