UPDATE: After posting this review I was contacted by Earto customer service representatives who offered to replace our 2 units without having to return the faulty ones. The new ones have been working perfectly for about 3 weeks, so we are very satisfied! Attentive customer service is always an asset to me, so I've upped my rating to 4 stars and said thank you! I bought 2 in December - one for me and one for my wife - ready to go back to my old keyboard, the one with the broken iPad holder. The keyboard starts its own thinking and it's crazy. Auto-completion of sentences that shouldn't end, adding spaces and lots of commas that shouldn't end, forcing the user to stop and make unnecessary corrections. While the case itself holds the iPad well and can change position, it's a waste of money.
