Best all day support

I work in a location where a tight back is imperative. I have very thick hair and have snapped a lot of rubber bands trying to wrap my hair securely. They have an internal gel/silicone strip that runs the length of the band and keeps hair securely in place throughout the day. During my 8-hour work day, I rarely have to change lanes. I will not buy any other style, these are the best non slip hair scrunchies that won't mess or pull your hair.
