The product is completely satisfied, performs its functions.

After using the chair for one and a half years, I got in touch with the manufacturer to let them know there was an issue with the squeak the chair made. The level of service was quite impressive to me. The staff members were able to provide me with solutions and delivered the information that I required. After having them replaced, the chair no longer made creaking sounds.

This manufacturer comes highly recommended from me.

Pros

Armchair that is really comfortable. The back doesn't bother me at all.

Cons

When lowered to its lowest setting, the chair makes a significant amount of creaking noise. A creak may be heard whenever there is even the slightest motion on the chair.
