PROS:The hair is exactly as described and my stylist liked that it was soft and easy on her fingers with no tangling.CONS: I couldn't get my head to stop itching no matter how well oiled I kept my scalp. So I had to take my hair down after 2 weeks (knotless braids) and my hair came out in handfuls. My beautiful thick shoulder length hair was now thin and completely damaged and I even had a bald spot in the top of my head about the size of a nickel in size. My licensed stylist of over 12 years and I are both convinced that whatever chemical that was used on this hair is the culprit. I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so to prevent someone else from meeting the same fate. I will go back to using the hair I have always used once my hair has recovered.I honestly question the reviews now that were written on this product. Saving a few bucks was definitely not worth it!
