I ran some tests on an old motherboard with USB3.0 and a Transcend RDF5 card reader. The last test is after ating the reader firmware to version 0009. The maximum throughput of the reader is indicated as 90MB/s. Judging by the fact that the write speed as a whole corresponds to the declared one, I think that the card is very, very worthy. For reliable recording of 4K video with a bit rate of up to 200Mb / s, it is definitely suitable. For several months of using such a rental card, there were no problems with recording. Now I bought myself, but I had to take at least one more.
