I am updating my rather glowing 5 star review. My device has been locked in random/random mode. never mind I only swim What turned out to be a HUGE deal is that he will only play 4-6 songs. No matter how much I delete, insert other songs, reboot. Nothing. He randomly picked 4-6 songs he liked and just kept playing them. AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. Press FWD - SAME TITLE. FWD - SAME SONG. FWD again - a new song, just one of the same 4-6 songs. Same for reverse gear. Tried draining the battery. I let it drain, reloaded it over and over until it caught fire, and stopped thinking that a reboot would be enough. It doesn't play the same 4-6 songs anymore. I don't even play anymore. He's dead. It's not charging. For that money, you pay $11 a month to listen to music. $14 per month if you want to listen to the music of your choice, get a free month with the same 4-6 songs. Then he just dies. I believe he has returned to still waters. Previous Review: Return for the dollar, this is great value. I swim 3-4 times a week for 1 hour each time. Almost 80 hours of direct water use with them and they work flawlessly. No, this is not a high-end iPod. I just want to listen to music while swimming in the water. You are doing a great job. The music is clear, the headphones fit well, the player is comfortable and almost weightless even when out of the water. Sometimes I break a filling and get water in my ear/earbud. Just take it out, shake out the water, done. 30-60 minutes of charging gives me 4-5 hours of playtime and more. I usually only charge it once a week during a trip to the pool (15 minutes).
