I've been thinking about a pressure cooker for about a year. So glad I got it! This is perfect for us. 6 liters is big enough to cook whatever we want. I've cooked chicken, roast beef, grilled pork, soup, risotto and more. This casserole cooks incomparably gently! Even better for grilling, I cooked until sear and then put on an air frying lid which charred it and gave those delicious crispy ends! I was really impressed. To top it off, I bought during Prime Days and got a great discount! I really recommend this if you're looking at pressure cookers
