Not the best on my review.

I’m starting not to trust that this is giving me accurate temps, I get consistently low temps and when compared with another thermometer I have it was a full degree off. Have to use phone light to read temp in the morning as there is no backlight.

Helps with family planning and natural contraception

Cons

The app may not be able to detect certain ovulation patterns or trends
