I first heard about this when I was on a college campus and it made going to the laundry much easier than doing laundry by hand. It worked great for about a month and then it happened. Tonight the trolley looked pretty flimsy so I took out the supplied Allen wrench to retighten it. I went to get my clothes and was almost home when, without warning, the whole cart collapsed in the middle of the sidewalk. It was late at night and maybe a screw fell out on the way to do the laundry, but that's still very disappointing. I can't fix this as the screws snapped right through the joists creating large holes and the threads have come loose from the ends of the joists (see attached photos). Overall I am incredibly disappointed. I was hoping that this would be enough for at least the school year, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. A total waste of forty dollars.
