Basically a great idea for a product. However, its construction itself is imperfect and it is not strong enough to withstand the linen that holds it. The four compartments are basically cloth bags hanging from hooks. The slightest effort to lift clothes sends them flying off the rails. and they keep coming loose as you add laundry. Update: I didn't want to spend a fortune on Michael's lettering iron, so I only got one red letter for each basket. I have L, D, T (light, dark and towels) and I think I'll add M for miscellaneous.
