Update: I didn't want to spend a fortune on Michael's lettering iron, so I only got one red letter for each basket. I have L, D, T (light, dark and towels) and I think I'll add M for miscellaneous. I mostly use the latter for duvets or bath mats. I keep kitchen towels in a separate basket under the counter in the kitchen. All in all it works fine. My 11 year old is good at sorting although he would rather play hockey or video games. I've been debating whether to buy this for about 6 months and now I don't know why I waited. That's great! It was very easy to build, even for me, a wimp who had no idea about construction. I'll get some stickers for each bin like the other reviewer did and then fingers crossed that this gets my husband and teenage son to actually use the bins properly. I love organized things and they don't care about organization. So far I've used plastic baskets that didn't fit well in my space. I have always divided dirty laundry into light, dark, towels and kitchen towels. Every bunker will be for us.
