I love the ability to create a predictive journey using the data that you have. It makes it so much easier to create a journey that is personalized to your customers. The platform is a bit more expensive than other platforms. It’s not a deal breaker but I would like to see the pricing a bit lower. I also wish that I could use more data fields to create a more accurate journey. I also wish that I could link a predictive journey to a marketing automation platform like HubSpot or Marketo. We are using Jornaya to better understand our customers and how they are using our products. We are able to segment our customers into different journeys based on their behavior and their use of our products.
