This carrier seemed to work well for the first year I've had it. My kitten is long and tall and needs a larger carrier than most. She seemed to enjoy it and sometimes even slept in it. However, when I recently closed the front door on her to prevent her from running away when the vet comes in the room (her vet comes in the house) she got very angry and ended up with a cut on her nose. It seemed to me that the inside of the box was supposed to be a safe place, but after digging around inside, I found that those small viewing and ventilation holes on the inside of the carrier are torn and sharp. I think that's extremely ramshackle and unsafe processing, and tomorrow evening the haulage contractor is going to the garbage.
