Defective less than a year

I have had this product for less than eleven months. The entire USB charging pad that connects all USB ports was physically disabled, so charging cables could not be connected. This rendered the device fairly unusable as I bought it for multiple USB charging ports rather than AC outlets. I contacted the seller and sent him a video as requested, after which I patiently awaited a reply. heard nothing I see that the product is no longer available and I'm not surprised. Keep that in mind and avoid the manufacturer name Bototek - they don't protect their products.
