These patches hold up very well after more than 5 washes. I ironed them onto a sweatshirt (elbow). The fabric is thin and stiff so not as flexible as I was hoping. I was looking for denim that was thicker and softer. Also, the color seems cheaper. After several washes, the color will fade and become bluish. Still very dark, but approaching dark blue. Not a critical piece of clothing for me, so I'm satisfied.
