Has a harness to withstand bumps
Love this coat, it has a built in harness which my 5 month old pup needs. It's strong enough that when he pulls and jumps. New Jersey has a foot and a half of snow and it works well. My dog is 35lbs and I got 3x which are great for his length and give him space. He doesn't mind stepping on it and waiting for me to zip it up. I think this is a great winter coat.
