I bought this machine to print and cut my business labels. It was nothing but a nightmare. It turns out that this feature requires a lot of skill and troubleshooting. I calibrated the car, sat for hours on the forums, on YouTube and nothing. This picture is a test of my picture. I finally trimmed it properly, but it's still white all over. Then I tried it on another picture and it went a long way. This machine will leave you lying on the floor and staring at the ceiling for hours, wondering what have you ever done wrong in your life? I have hand printed and cut my own labels and have been happy to use this machine. If you buy this printing and cutting machine, you will save yourself the headache. Treat this feature as something just added to the machine, but you'll have to figure out how to set up the machine yourself to use it. What's the point of doing it? I promise you I'm not the only one. After hours and days of research on the internet you will see what people are going through, only the lucky few are able to find out. I am selling this car to the original buyer and I accept my loss. I'm a techie, artist, self-taught in Photoshop/Illustrator. I build my own computers, but this machine won me over. I will not get my time, supplies or sanity back. Now I will try to print and cut Brother.
