CONTEXTI I'm a modern day calligrapher so I bought this ribbon to knit a stationery set for a wedding invitation (invitation, invitation card, etc.). PROS: The tape really is SO BEAUTIFUL. I don't know about you, but I know I almost felt guilty using it! - It comes in different earthy/boho tones which is absolutely beautiful (especially if that's the look you're after). While there aren't MANY ribbons (for each color), there are more than I expected (which is always a plus). I've bought something like this before and it came with almost no silk ribbon which was disappointing. I probably used just under half to tie my invitation set together. - It looks exactly like the photo, so don't be surprised if the colors differ from those advertised. - It's silky smooth (I gotta love it). CONS: I can honestly say I have nothing bad to say. BUT, if it were a thing, then of course it would be worthless. You pay a lot for a few different ribbon colors. However, it would be ideal if you wrapped the bridesmaids' bouquets with gradient tape. GENERALLY, I absolutely loved everything about this thread. It was exactly as expected and more. Highly recommended for small projects (like bouquets). For calligraphers, doing a one-off collaboration or something one-off is a very sweet and elegant touch.
