Warranty?! Errors appear after 4 months.

I was looking for a good quality 16GB micro SD card to use as a hard drive in my Raspberry Pi. The Raspberry Pi is an extremely small computer, measuring approximately 5 x 3 x 2 inches. These small but powerful computers are used for things like controlling automatic Christmas lights; I use mine for a graphics intensive application called Kodi. This micro SD card was purchased at the end of June 2019. The Raspberry Pi doesn't have a traditional hard drive, they are very compact and use the micro SD card as the hard drive. So I was looking for a very high quality end map with a relatively small size today as it is a critical repository for the operating system. I've had it for months now and am noticing more and more fatal errors reading and writing to the disk. I pulled out the Micro SD card and deeply formatted it, tried several times to allow ether. I only paid about $6 for it, but I was willing to spend more to get a very stable, reliable drive. It's not this disc. While it's relatively small by today's standards, it's probably good for image and video storage and um, but then again, they're pretty much cramming 16GB into a Cheerios box today. Memory has become phenomenally cheap. So I'm looking for the best flash drive, usually Samsung drives were rock solid, I can go in that direction. In fact, it should be under warranty. If vendors have ever read reviews; I got a bad card guys. Help me.
