Revainrating 2 out of 5

I think it's a great gamepad.

The suspension itself is pretty cool. It seems to be working great. The reason I gave only three stars is the customer service. Battery charging does not work properly. Searching the Internet turned out that this is a common problem. I'm very cheaply made. The lights turn green, letting you know that it only takes a few minutes to recharge the batteries, and that's just some or all. If you unplug or change the batteries, you will get a different reading. When you put the batteries back in the gimbal, you only get about 5 minutes of runtime. I called customer service to get a new charger. They said to just send back the fee and refund part of my money. A receipt was sent to me for the return of the entire gimbal. When asked, they said don't worry and just send the charger. When I asked how much they would give me back, they didn't give me an answer and instead kept repeating the question. A new charger costs $50. I don't want to return it and they only refund me $20 or so. All of this was very strange. Why don't they just send me a new charger? Why return PART of my money and not tell me how much so I can be sure I have enough to replace it? It does not make sense. Now I'm stuck with a device I can't use.

Pros
  • Electronics
