Seems solid though. - Stabilizers

The products appear to work well but have not yet been able to use them in the field. The legs are not screwed at the bottom and do not carry MOZA. It looks like the base has been ripped out because the legs can hardly be screwed in, so it's not secure enough. The screw could be longer. This happened 5 minutes after opening the box. The seller will not replace (exchange) the product, but will accept the return. So I have to return this one, wait for my money and then buy another one. I know…

Worth the price. Worth the wait.

This is a review from a real person. This suspension worked very well. Functions are reliable, there are many additions. I am happy with my purchase so far. The tote bag was a big plus for me. Continuous. Well done. If you take care of your gear and make sure you read the manuals or watch YouTube videos, you shouldn't have any trouble with this stabilizer. Yes it is expensive but worth it. Do your research and find out what features you want or need. It had everything I wanted and at a price I…

Great product - pro video accessory

Moza Air 2 is great I was able to get incredible shots with it but unfortunately my only complaint is the weight as I set it to Fujifilm X-T3. It's just too heavy for a small camera. If you have a large camera or don't mind weight, this gimbal is for you. all functions are great, easy to use, balancing is easy, the battery lasts forever. and the possibility to charge the camera is ok, unfortunately I am sending the product back because Moza announces the Cross Air 2, which will be much lighter…

Can't use electronic focus on Z6 with latest firmware

I've researched and researched and researched and every ounce of documentation I found says that this gimbal with the latest firmware (version 14 as of today) does the electric Focusing supported by the camera. After waiting for the Micro-C USB adapter (not included with *facepalm*) to show up, I can't get it to work. I also can't find Goodsen's instructions on how to get it working, and the accompanying manual links to an imaginary webpage that tells you how to set up the camera to make it…

Works as advertised but technical support is superficial.

I use it with a BMPCC4K and a follow focus motor. Overall it works as advertised, but it's heavy and there are some design issues, but mostly related to trying to use it with subsequent focus. I ordered a set with a strap to see if that would help with the weight. There are solutions to power the BMCCPC4K from a gimbal, but the cable I ordered plugs into a connector that interferes with the follow focus motor (which I think should be on this side to power the camera to balance). I ordered a…

Improved Ronin-S: Professional video accessories

Used Ronin-S, Ronin-M, Ronin original with bigger cameras. And so far, pairing it with my camera is my favorite gimbal experience. Calibration requires no apps and is quick to set up. The only oddity here is that the locking pin fully locks the plate and the camera still slides back and forth, probably a few millimeters when tilted. To make things a little weirder, when the camera is removed from the plate it snaps into place nice and neat, just like it should. I don't know why, the camera is…

Mosa let me down! for Accessories

I purchased this product after selling my DJI Ronin-M. I shoot car videos on my [AutoVive] channel and was hoping a one-handed gimbal would work better. After 2-3 uses the stuff they put on the handle came off (okay no big deal, still works). After a further 3 uses the wing nut securing the plate holding the camera became so loose that upon careful inspection it was found that the hole was not screwed in properly. I was left with a useless Moza Air 2. I contacted Goodsen, told them about the…

I think it's a great gamepad.

The suspension itself is pretty cool. It seems to be working great. The reason I gave only three stars is the customer service. Battery charging does not work properly. Searching the Internet turned out that this is a common problem. I'm very cheaply made. The lights turn green, letting you know that it only takes a few minutes to recharge the batteries, and that's just some or all. If you unplug or change the batteries, you will get a different reading. When you put the batteries back in the…
