Mosa let me down! for Accessories

I purchased this product after selling my DJI Ronin-M. I shoot car videos on my [AutoVive] channel and was hoping a one-handed gimbal would work better. After 2-3 uses the stuff they put on the handle came off (okay no big deal, still works). After a further 3 uses the wing nut securing the plate holding the camera became so loose that upon careful inspection it was found that the hole was not screwed in properly. I was left with a useless Moza Air 2. I contacted Goodsen, told them about the problem, replied once and that was it. No further action, no decision, nothing. I ended up having to buy a re-threading kit, a new (bigger) screw and re-cut the hole myself. Follow me soon I will have a video about it on my tech channel. I still really appreciate this device, just hoped they would have some more customer support, we all know sometimes unexpected things happen.
