Works as advertised but technical support is superficial.

I use it with a BMPCC4K and a follow focus motor. Overall it works as advertised, but it's heavy and there are some design issues, but mostly related to trying to use it with subsequent focus. I ordered a set with a strap to see if that would help with the weight. There are solutions to power the BMCCPC4K from a gimbal, but the cable I ordered plugs into a connector that interferes with the follow focus motor (which I think should be on this side to power the camera to balance). I ordered a cable because the camera has to be removed to change the battery, which is often the case with this camera. I suppose I could add an external power supply to the camera so the cable doesn't interfere with the gimbal, but that adds weight. Goodsen's product information is somewhat helpful, but some details are missing. So if you are new to stabilizers like they are to me, this might be disappointing. Luckily there are enough Youtube users to help with this and a FB user group. 3 stars for the remote control as focus tracking needs to be controlled via a cable connected to the gimbal (assuming this will be done wirelessly in a future firmware release).
