Received this as a US citizen having a week's holiday in Ireland. It fit perfectly, was well protected from the wind (not the warmest, I would definitely recommend wearing a sweater underneath) and kept dry. Good roomy pockets and when the coat doesn't fit in the small wrist pocket I use it to keep other things like my phone dry! It ripped a little and I only used it for a week, but it was so affordable and easily fit in my luggage that I didn't care, it was so comfortable. 10/10 I would buy again!
