. The ear pads were easy to install. The headband can be tricky as it requires almost 3 hands and a lot of patience. The plastic parts and the 4 small screws that lock the ends of the strap were a problem. I've found that placing a folded washcloth under the outer plastic piece helps keep it from moving when tucking the end of the headgear, aligning the inner plastic piece, and installing small screws. Caution: Only tighten the screws. Over tightening will likely cause the plastic part to crack and fail prematurely. I am very happy with the results and despite the apparent cost the product looks well made and worth the money.
