The interface is easy to navigate, so finding what I need in seconds - not minutes or hours. Some of my documents contain links that are broken. And when I try to search for terms within an existing document that doesn't show up right away. Which isn't really their fault (since there's only a few different ways you can word something), but it would be nice if they could include those searches later after more info has been entered into the report. Also, sometimes some of the formatting gets messed up with certain characters like accents. That happens regardless of which program we use to create our files though, so maybe it's just how one version looks compared to another? Just make sure your file format matches theirs if someone else will share them at a higher level than yours!
