Very useful reporting platform with limitless possibilities

The ability to customize a report to any specific need. This is an excellent tool for our team of public relations specialists to use while building press releases, media kits and social media posts. There are many options for creating custom reports that can be used in a variety of ways. It's easy to edit or change the way a report looks once created. I wish there were more customizable templates available. The software is very intuitive so it will take some time to learn all of the features…

Ease of use, ability to customize your report. Reporting is quick and easy with many options for customization as well. I have not found anything that I dislike. If you need a fast, quality company coverage report this is the tool for you. The ability to create custom reports is really helpful when you are working with clients who may want slightly different wording than what you normally do. Great site and great customer service

The interface is easy to navigate, so finding what I need in seconds - not minutes or hours. Some of my documents contain links that are broken. And when I try to search for terms within an existing document that doesn't show up right away. Which isn't really their fault (since there's only a few different ways you can word something), but it would be nice if they could include those searches later after more info has been entered into the report. Great Platform for Media Buy Outs and Coverage Tracking

I love how easy it is to get good quality coverage data in seconds for my clients, even if they don't have much time or resources! It's also very helpful that you can export your results into excel so we know what our next steps are once all of our requests come back with detailed information from each client media outlet.
