I love how easy it is to get good quality coverage data in seconds for my clients, even if they don't have much time or resources! It's also very helpful that you can export your results into excel so we know what our next steps are once all of our requests come back with detailed information from each client media outlet. There isn't anything yet i dislike about this tool as everything seems perfect at first glance but there may be something im not seeing since its new. The fact that their customer service team answers questions quickly and effectively makes me super happy when working with them because otherwise things could go downhill really fast. Their platform has helped us streamline reporting processes by providing quick access to high-quality sources across platforms.
