I don't like leaving bad reviews but I think it's important here so hopefully the company will take action and improve quality control. The parts are supplied unassembled and must be screwed together. Each piece has either a hole or a bold print and that's how it all comes together. Some of the bolts I received were too small to the point where the bolt failed to catch the nut in the hole making the item impossible to assemble. If the company had gone to the trouble of assembling the tree before packaging, this check would have been avoided. The material is okay, nothing seems super scratch-resistant. It looks good but as it was practically unusable I sent it back when I realized it was impossible to assemble. I would look elsewhere
