The support is always there when needed.

It is very easy to use as I am only using it for online shopping cart management, but can't say anything about their customer service other than they are friendly people who do what they said would happen (that's all in my personal experience). They also have an excellent training program where we learned how to setup our store with several different options available. We were able to get up and running very quickly without having to learn everything from scratch!
