inaccurate adjustment
The neck size guide is inaccurate. I adjusted them to my neck size of 16 1/2 inches and spent 15 minutes tying a bow and thought I was going crazy. Then I compare to one of my own, the length is about 2" longer than my own tie. Luckily I can replicate them and now they fit me. Another point is that polyester is much more difficult to tie than silk. Be careful up, spend the extra money on a silk bow tie.
