Thick material, very soft inside and out. I think it can't be warm on cooler days and cool on warmer days too. I can usually wear medium sized dresses but this dress was so tight and so see through that I had to return it. I'm worried that even if I order a large one, it will be snug enough that you can see the outline of my underwear and bra. But I love the length, style and quality of the dress so much I think I'll order a size XL as well. I am planning to wear this to a wedding rehearsal in a few months. I will try to update this review once I receive the other two dresses. For reference, I'm 5'4", 155 lbs, size 34C.
