Blue velvet paradise! Everything should be!

First time with "blue flock", "blue magic", "velvet mat", call it what you will. This is a necessary item! I was skeptical when I bought it, thinking I could use a stencil, but the rhinestone world said it's amazing to get a blue flock. So I gave it away and bought it. Young! This material is amazingly smooth and I was able to easily insert my rhinestone into the stencil, glad I listened. I used my Cricut Maker 2 and a thin blade. The cut was simple and clean. Will definitely order again!
