Broke in a month

My son saved his bag to buy this camera. As soon as we received it, we noticed that the charging cable connection was a bit loose. It had to be at a certain angle for it to actually charge. A month later the charging port broke so it won't charge anymore. My son is devastated that he spent his money on this camera only to have it break after a month.
