Glad I have the fabric handlebar cover. I tried another microfiber brand and said it stays cool even in hot temperatures and in the sun, yes. no I decided to try a cloth and it works much better. It still heats up but I can use it and don't have to wait for the air conditioner to cool it down enough to use it. It was difficult to figure out, but if you follow the instructions in the product description, it will make things a lot easier. The fabric is a bit rough but not critical and I got used to it pretty quickly. The color is a little lighter than expected but looks good. Overall I am happy with this steering wheel cover and give it a 2 plus.
