This is ONLY a scale. It doesn't track you, offer advice or anything else. You step on it, it weighs you and displays the weight in LARGE readable numbers (which I can see even without glasses). The scales we have are VERY accurate and weigh almost the same as the scales in our doctor's offices. And yes, I said SCALES because we liked the first one so much we bought the second one for another bathroom. exactly 0 wt. So far we haven't had to change batteries. In addition, the image and coverage of the company is very friendly and they do charity work. We will definitely buy again if we need more scales!
