Very good hosting services along side helpful staff

The support team is amazing! They are always willing, able & eager help you out when needed or just give advice if they see something wrong with your account/website etc.. I have never had any problems yet from all of my years using this hoster (since 2012). If there was anything i could improve upon it would be more detailed FAQs in regards what exactly can go where as far like file upload limits ect., but overall its been great so no complaints here :) We use Hostgator at work which has also worked well thus allowing us access through one portal too make life easier :P.

Good tech knowledge base for solutions to complex technical issues suchas those involving security vulnerabilities within various scripts we run via wordpress plugins.
Excellent email response times not often does an issue require me contacting them multiple time before resolution occurs due their fast turnaround responses even though most inquiries must first progress thru ticket tracking system then escal
