They did an excellent job getting our system up and running fast when we moved into this new building! Their team was very supportive throughout any issue that came their way which made them stand out from other companies we had worked with previously.
We were also able to easily get additional work done after hours if needed. The only thing they could do better would be adding more functionality for us; however, it doesn't sound like there are much plans within the near future to expand what they have already implemented so far as compared to competitors who offer similar offerings. Our accounting department has been working together closely with several different departments including purchasing where all aspects of inventory management are handled by one place now instead of spread across multiple locations at each store level.
