Review on MegaXML by Austin Wolf

I like that it integrates with Salesforce and is easy to implement within my organization. The support has not been perfect but they are working to remedy the issues we have brought up. Our biggest issue now is getting it implemented because it seems as soon as we get somewhere, something changes and the implementation gets dropped. We cannot afford this. It is a workable system for us. Not all our partners and customers use it yet. I haven’t seen any downsides to date. Try at least one demo so you can see if it meets your company or partner needs. This saved us a lot of time and money in getting everything ready with Salesforce which was part of our process but still not very seamless. The speed, accuracy in producing data between different systems is amazing! I have been using this software for about 3 years now with no problems at all (aside from some minor issues that were resolved quickly). This product has allowed us great flexibility by allowing our end users access via mobile devices as well which was not an option before we used mega xml when working within multiple countries/states across North America-Europe etc.- Great Product!!
