I like that it integrates with Salesforce and is easy to implement within my organization. The support has not been perfect but they are working to remedy the issues we have brought up. Our biggest issue now is getting it implemented because it seems as soon as we get somewhere, something changes and the implementation gets dropped. We cannot afford this. It is a workable system for us. Not all our partners and customers use it yet.
